so last night was mexican leftover night. tonight is italian leftover night. i might make another stuffed focaccia. we'll see how things go. today's big project is cleaning my cabinets. everything has to be taken out, the shelves wiped down and then everything goes back in. i am a total food horder, so this could take time.( not a nutcase horder like the ones on tv, i just like to keep my house very well stocked. i could go into my kitchen and cook pretty much any recipe from any country kind of stocked.)
