it's english mother's day today. my motherinlaw has been visiting for the past few days. i don't cook much when we have visitors since she usually brings a whole freezer's worth of food with her. just been eating cookies and veg soup. terrible i know but i'm a grown up and you can eat cookies for breakfast when you're a big kid. i will be making monkey bread later.
