today is not a super challenging cooking day. i made a grilled cheese for my son's lunch. after about 15min of cheese samich, cheese samich, cheese samich. i figured that is probably what he wanted for lunch. he also ate an apple and a plum. the kid likes fruit. i'm not going to tell you how to make a grilled cheese sandwich. if your mom didn't teach you that kind of life skill, frankly i'm surprised you're still alive and smart enough to access the internet. for the international audience: grilled cheese=toasted cheese.
myself, i had a frozen pizza with chipotle mayo for crust dipping. yeah a totally unhealthy lunch, bite me. i've got wicked pms and had a 5.30am wake up call- for no reason. i then spent 2hrs this morning running around town. by running around town i mean just that. i don't have a car and the groceries don't bring themselves home. my son  decided that he wanted to run everywhere today so i had to trot along beside him. i earned my pizza today.

chipotle mayo
some dried chipotle flakes and mix into the mayo. how much? dude, i don't know. do it until it looks good. try 1+ 1/2 tablespoon of flakes to 1/2 cup-2/3cup of mayo. or try less flakes and more mayo. let the mayo sit in the fridge for awhile so the flavor develops.
good on pizza crust and french fries. wicked good on french fries
